Ingredients
  

  • 1 KG Boneless chicken
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 2 tbsp Garlic chopped
  • Chicken stock
  • Oil

  • Now let us dig into the process of getting these ingredients to life by implementing the butter garlic chicken recipe.
  • The first step is to marinate the Chicken:
  • For Marinating take 1 Kg of boneless chicken and place it in a bowl.
  • After placing it in the bowl, add 1/2 tablespoons of salt, 2 tablespoons of flour, and 1 tablespoon of black pepper.
  • Now mix it all well so the chicken can be marinated.
  • After thorough mixing, keep it aside for at least 30 minutes
  • Now the best thing in these 30 minutes, is you can do any of your other work or just chill around.
  • After 30 minutes, you have to take out the pan pour ½ cup of oil, and heat it.
  • After heating, fry the marinated chicken in the heated oil.
  • You have to shallow fry for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until you feel like it is 70% done you can guess it from the color of the chicken.

The Second Step is to make the sauce.

  • Take out another pan, now add 1 tablespoon of oil and ½ cup of butter.
  • Now let it melt with a medium flame.
  • After it has been melted, add 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic, and then for 1 minute you have to saute it.
  • Now add 1 tablespoon of flour and mix it thoroughly.
  • Now add 1 cup of chicken stock but you have to adjust it as per your sauce consistency.
  • Now add salt, black pepper, and 1tbsp of lemon juice as per your requirement and taste.

The Last Step

  • The last step is to add the fried chicken to the sauce we just made from butter and garlic.
  • Then after adding, you have to cook it for around 2-3 minutes to make sure the chicken is fully cooked.
  • Now, your butter garlic chicken is ready to be served piping hot. Take it out in a dish, make it presentable, snap it away, and enjoy the meal like never before. The taste of butter and garlic will be heavenly after a tiring day.
